A big warm welcome from The Coach & Horses, Barnes

We are home to Barnes biggest beer garden so when the sun shines there is no better place to be enjoying one of our delicious seasonal dishes and your favourite tipple in hand. And if the famous British weather takes a turn, our garden huts have you covered.

Sundays for us feel like a warm, cosy hug. Our roasts are a Barnes Sunday tradition – picture heaping plates loaded with tender, melt-in-your-mouth succulent meats, larger-than-life double egg Yorkshire puddings, and an abundance of rich, proper pub gravy. To top it all off, we’ve got a crumble that knocks-your-socks-off, paired with velvety goodness custard. And pf course, a Sunday at ours wouldn’t be complete without those why-don’t-we-do-this-more-often tipples by the fire.

We regularly host the best events in Barnes that help bring our community closer together. From epic Summer garden parties, family friendly events to intimate gatherings in our Stables Room, there is always something happening at The Coach.

The Stables, nestled away off the garden at the back of the terrace is the perfect space for all special occasions; whether it’s an engagement, business meeting or a celebration of life, we can cater for events with food and drink options to suit them all. If you can dream it, we can host it.
